For the ultimate in front end savings, replace your stock bushings with these lightweight billet aluminum ones.  These bushings are machined from 6061 billet, and weigh 1/3rd of the stock ones.  Also enhances  your sleds 'trick' look.  Kit contains 8 a-arm bushings, and 4 shock eyelet bushings.

Billet Adjuster Bushings

Eliminate any possibility of breaking the stock plastic adjuster bushings.  Replace them with these 6061 billet bushings.  These will not break or wear out like the stock ones.  A must for the serious rider.  Fits both the stock axle and our 8" 2 wheel conversion kit axle. Replace the heavy, corroded spindle axles and ski spacers on your sled with this trick lightweight spindle kit.  This kit is machined from billet 6061, and weighs less than half of the stock hardware.  Kit contains 2 spindle axles, 4 adjustable ski spacers, and 2 ski bolt washers.

Lightweight Front Arm Axle

Replace the heavy steel lower front arm shock shaft with this billet shaft.   Machined from 6061 aluminum, this shaft weighs 1/3 of the stock one.  Kit includes one billet shaft and mounting hardware.  Fits all 02 and newer Mountain Cats, ZR's, Sabercats, Firecats, M-Series and Crossfires.

This rear axle allows you to convert to a 2-wheel setup.  Machined from 6061 solid billet aluminum, it is not hollow like the stock axle.  Also, the center spacer is machined as part of the axle, giving it added strength and eliminating any possibility of bending.  This axle accepts the stock 8' factory Arctic Cat wheels and adjuster bushings.  Just remove the stock axle, spacers and wheels.  Installs easily with 2 stock wheels, adjuster bushings, the 2 larger supplied washers and your axle bolts.  Provides better sidehilling capability, lighter weight,  along with a 'MOD' look.  Fits all M Series, King Cats, and 1M Mountain Cats with the 8' rear wheels.

9" Rear Wheel Offset Axle Conversion Kit

Machined from 6061 solid billet aluminum, this 2 wheel offset rear axle kit allows the use of 9" rear wheels for optimum performance and looks. Also, the center spacer is machined as part of the axle, giving it added strength and eliminating any possibility of bending. 

This axle accepts any 9" wheel with the larger 25mm bearing.  Provides better sidehilling capability, lighter weight, along with a 'MOD' look.  Kit comes with offset axle and all bushings and spacers.  Fits all M Series, King Cats, and 1M Mountain Cats.

9" Rear Wheel Kit

Replace your stock rear axle and wheels with this trick 9" 2-wheel setup. These wheels are machined from 6061 billet aluminum, and are the some of the lightest wheels on the market.  This kit also includes a billet aluminum offset axle which is required when going to a 9" wheel.  Get less rolling resistance, which equals more power to the ground.  Kit comes with 2 wheels, offset axle, new bearings and circlips, all hardware and instructions. Fits all 03-newer Mountain Cats and all 05-Newer M-series sleds.
