ORDERING: You may order online, call us, or e-mail an order. If e-mailing an order, please include complete shipping address, and whether you would like to pay with VISA, MASTERCARD, DEBIT CARD, or Paypal. Please remember if paying with Credit Card or Debit Card please include: account number, expiration date and last 3 digits on the back of the Credit Card CCV Code
PAYMENT: We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DEBIT CARDS, Paypal, Cashiers Check or Money Order. Personal checks accepted only if approved by us, and items will not be shipped until the check clears. All orders must have payment arranged prior to shipment. ATTENTION, TERM ACCOUNTS, AS OF AUGUST 1ST, 2007 ALL BALANCES DUE MUST BE PAID IN 30 DAYS OR THERE WILL BE A 18% ANNUAL FINANCE CHARGE ACCRUED MONTHLY.
PRICING: All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and subject to change. We make every attempt to avoid error in pricing and product information. If a mistake does occur, we reserve the right to correct it, and do apologize for any inconvenience.
SHIPPING: All orders are shipped Priority Mail, UPS, or SpeeDee.
DEALERS: Only approved dealers at the time of order will receive dealer pricing.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations must be made before items are shipped. A 20% cancellation fee may be charged at our discretion.
RETURNS: All returns must be made within 14 days of invoice. To make a return, call for authorization, securely package the item with a copy of the original invoice. All returned goods must be in new condition. A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all accepted returns. NO RETURNS ARE ALLOWED ON SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS OR MODIFIED ITEMS OF ANY TYPE. NO EXCEPTIONS ON THIS RULE.
REFUSED SHIPMENT: If you order a product and then refuse the shipment, you will be charged for shipping both ways and our restocking fee. No orders will processed for customers with an outstanding balance due to refused shipment.
